SHIPPING POLICY
Thenorsebrew.com strives to provide excellent service and makes its best effort to meet the commitments detailed in this policy. Please thoroughly review it so that you know what to expect regarding the reception of your order with us.

GENERAL TERMS
We ship to all Canadian provinces and to the United States. Please contact us directly for international orders. We do not ship to PO boxes.

SHIPPING METHOD
Orders are shipped using our choice of provider for a timely delivery. We are unable to accommodate every customer’s shipping preferences and reserve the right to select the provider of choice.

ADDRESS CHANGES
If your order is being processed and you need to change the shipping address, a redirection fee of $20 plus taxes may apply.

REFUSED DELIVERY
If you elect to refuse the delivery of the items you ordered from thenorsebrew.com or to return items you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

TIMING OF YOUR SHIPMENT
If you have any questions about the timing of your shipment, please contact us prior to placing your order.

DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please report any damaged or missing merchandise immediately and no later than 3 business days from receipt of order.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, notify us immediately so that we can begin the claim process with the shipping provider.

MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please note that we often ship orders in multiple packages. However, if items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.

RETURN POLICY
Sales on our site are final and we do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges.
